Literally “to yoke,” yoga is an ancient practice that brings together the body, mind, and spirit. Combining breath work and simple meditation with a physical practice, yoga calms the body and focuses the mind.
Private Yoga Lessons
Every body is unique. Individual classes provide personalized instruction for a dynamic practice. The teacher and student collaborate to identify goals and assess progress.
Anyone can benefit from private yoga lessons. In particular, individual instruction supports individuals who are:
- New to yoga
- Recovering from an injury
- Unable to meet the structured schedule of a yoga studio
Ideally, private instruction is done in the home. This helps the student develop a practice that can be repeated between lessons. Studio space may be arranged for an additional fee.

Small Group Classes
A variation on private lessons, these small group classes allow family or friends to practice together.
Small group classes provide individual attention, a focus on alignment, and personalized goal setting. This option can be helpful for those looking for a more customized experience than is available in studio.
Ideally, classes are conducted in the home. Studio space may be arranged for an additional fee. Lessons are priced per hour up to five students.
Larger group classes are also available for private events! Consider yoga for a bachelorette party, baby shower, or birthday celebration. Yoga is a fun (and healthy) way to create a memorable event.

This two-hour workshop quiets the mind and nourishes the spirit. A grounding, all-levels yoga practice will combine the healing power of yoga with calming breath work for a deep seasonal cleanse. Rebecca will integrate Reiki healing practices to offer students an even greater sense of peace. Class will end with a guided chakra meditation to balance the body’s energy and leave students blissed out.
Yoga and the Chakras
Yoga students often hear about the chakras without much further explanation, but the energy body is a huge component of the practice. This workshop begins with an hour of learning about the chakras and how they relate to yoga. A 90-minute class follows to allow students to apply their newfound knowledge.
Reiki Attunement Workshop
Reiki is a stress reduction technique that promotes healing on all levels: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. Reiki One training is appropriate for anyone who wants to work on their own healing, learn how to give Reiki treatments to others, or begin training for professional healing work. This class covers the history of Reiki, an overview of energy healing, foundational chakra information, techniques for offering Reiki to others, and positions for self-healing.
